Meet Rodney Stanley
Rodney Stanley is the Founder and Lead Scholar of ScubapandaDAO, with a background in Early Startup Strategy and Technology Management, Rodney recently has dedicated his efforts to developing an autonomous web 3 entity that called Fiscal Cells, which these cells can generate perpetual tax stimulus. He then developed the system of implementation of this technology into a model he calls the Crystal Cell Model.
Showcasing this model it in his keystone project ScubaPandaDAO, Rodney’s team looks to develop 100 autonomous Fiscal Cells each generating over 20 million a year for select municipalities. With a total of 2 billion a year in stimulus.
Rodney also is working on a sustainable farming model, focusing his research on single unit houses. He is turning a normal backyard space into produce generator. Calculating specific water usage for sustainability, different climate regions and plant adaptability, while also exploring software systems to store, track and distribute the produce.
He plans to create an 3 year implementation model that be can utilized on a global level to build produce gardens in distressed economic environments.
Experiencing a Breakthrough
When you want to pursue an Ivy League graduate degree in Technology Management, one thing you ask yourself, is what new applications exist that I can make a career out of.
It was this that got me thinking what if technology can reshape the very core elements of our society.
I then identified a core element of analysis being our tax structure. When you think about it our tax system hasn’t seen much innovation. It is the same model of prodding citizens to be produce ever more output so governments can gather more tax stimulus off their efforts. This leads to an overstressed population which deal with multitudes of mental health problems.
I thought isn’t it strange how something so elemental to our society has stood without any real innovation for 5,ooo years?
I then began to wonder what if you could develop something that can generate the same potentials as the old model, yet with a new part, one that was not bound by human limitation. Take the human out and put in something else.
Here is where we conceived a creation of a new Web 3 entity, that would function schematically the same way a plant or animal cell functions; meaning multiple different Web 3 identities working within each others influence and orbit to create perpetual stimulus.

Next, we developed the Fiscal Cell
We achieved this by combining several different Web 3 concepts together to create a specific amalgamation, then use that amalgamation to achieve the effect of the Fiscal Cell autonomous Web 3 entity, and found ourselves as the spokesman for the future of taxation.
Our goal at ScubaPandaDAO is to create 100 of these units with a goal of 2 billion a year in stimulus going to partnering United States municipalities.
To do this we needed to create a way in which the the cells can transmute into our economy, so we created the ScubaPandaDAO Crystal Cell model.
Our Crystal Cell Model operates from the proper implementation of specific Tokenomics including a NFT Collection, Airdrop features, and a Coin drop.
My team and I have constructed this breakthrough technology into a form that can be understood and adapted by the public domain. Thus, the creation of the ScubaPandaDAO NFT collection with this technological model in its operating structures.
In addition, my team and I work to develop solutions to some of our worlds biggest climate and national security concerns.
